Associate Professor of Political Science at San Francisco State University, where he serves as coach to the moot court team. He began teaching at SFSU in 2017. He teaches and researches in the fields of public law and judicial politics. His research has appeared in Social Science Quarterly and the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. He is a co-author of How to Please the Court: A Moot Court Handbook. He previously practiced law in the areas of civil rights and constitutional litigation, and served as an administrative law judge. Dr. Conway earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University (2016) and his J.D. from Indiana University-Bloomington (Maurer School of Law; 2003).
