Dr. Nicholas Conway earned his Ph.D. From Texas A&M (2016) and his J.D. from Indiana University-Maurer School of Law (2003). He is an associate professor who has served as coach to the SFSU Moot Court Team since its inception in 2017. He teaches in the fields of public law and judicial politics. His research has appeared in Social Science Quarterly, Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, Nevada Law Journal, and the Research Handbook on Judicial Politics. He is a co-author of How to Please the Court: A Moot Court Handbook. He has served as an administrative law judge and has practiced law in the areas of civil rights and constitutional litigation.
