Biography

Tracy Kuo Lin is a health economist and social scientists whose research revolves around health system financing and efficacy. More specifically, she examines health system resource allocation and policy and their impact on public health and care processes – domestically and internationally. She received her Ph.D. in from the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Davis in the subfield of International Relations and Political Methodology and is currently an Assistant Professor of Health Economics in the Institute for Health & Aging, Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco.
