Alyscia Richards received her B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University with a concentration in American politics. Her research interests are urban politics, voting rights and access, political socialization, partisanship and polarization. She has tutored students in writing and composition at City College of San Francisco. She is a co-author of “Noncitizen Voting Rights in the Global Era: A Literature Review and Analysis” in the Journal of International Migration and Integration (2019).
